Elizabeth1144 appears to be a spammer (Elizabeth, if you're human, I apologize) but I have to say that if you haven't read the benefits of green tea, have a read. If even one-tenth of the benefits are true, sign me up. I fill a nalgene bottle with green tea (almost) everyday. If the extra health benefits are there, great. If they're not, I know I'm getting 32oz of non-sugared, no/low-caffeine liquid into me. I try to have it finished before I leave work. It's easy when it's warm. I struggle a bit in the winter. And I'm not good at it on non-work days. I use several different varieties of green tea including some by Stash, Tazo, and Good Earth. I just bought some fancy loose-leaf green tea in San Francisco on vacation and also got some from FIL for christmas. I think I'll try one of those out today.
