If I enter the letter 'n' for the date, it will be days current date in the date field. If I do 'n - 1', it will be yesterday. Or, I could enter 'n + 7', and it would be next Thursday (July 12th). I thought this may be a handy way to input date in addition to the current way.
You can just type - for yesterday and + for tomorrow or +++ for three days from now. You can accomplish the same thing with the up and down arrows (down for past, up for future). Typing a "t" will get you to today if you're somewhere off on some random date.
I'm not big on keyboard shortcuts, but I use those ALL the time.
